Firstly I can never fight a pregnant woman; she was using the knife before the unfortunate incident happened, not that she fetched for knife to fight her late husband, my believe is that it was an accident. Let leave tribalism out of this, we are all human and nobody is perfect.

sounds like a convenient defence to me. See below, who initiated the event and ended it fatally?

my brother, there is no justification for the killing, the killing was not accidental .
She is hot tempered, she deliberately stabbed the man in the chest with the knife. This is not even manslaughter.
It is a pure murder case.
Except that ur prayer is to tamper justice with mercy following her condition as a nursing mother. But that u re pregnant, disabled or physically challenged does not give u the impetus to take someone else life.
The constitution stated it in clear terms, what the consequences of her actions is.
So, let's not portray it as if she is being victimized.
She is a savage, this not a case of self defense.
Because it's obvious she is the woman that attacked the unarmed husband.
