Months ago, we all heard that military men mistakenly hit their bomb on civilians and we all are blaming them. But when I was going through my physics textbook under the Topic projectile on page 131 I notice something which says;
Air resistance, wind or pilot's incompetence can cause the bomb to miss the military target and hit civilians near the vicinity. These three factors are what cause the attack on the refugee camp.

If this was a case of the airforce targeting boko haram closing in on the Rann IDP camp we can excuse this but the camp wasn't under siege or attack by boko haram at the time the bombing occurred.

This was a case of gross intelligence failure as the airforce mistook the IDP camp for a boko haram base.

I won't blame only the pilot as before the pilot drop his cargo of bombs he will seek approval from his Base commanders after locating a possible target for both clarification and bombing.

Nigeria has in its possession one of the most sophisticated satellites - Sat X which can read a plate number from space.

I may not exonerate the pilot as the camp in question was being operated by the UN, Red Cross and Sans Medicine so there must be flags and tents with red cross and UN bodly enscribed.

u need to tell me y u think the attack is deliberately

seunlly, the aim wasn't wrong but the target. remember that the report did not mention the terrorists after the bombing. the intel was off in terms of location and that was what the pilot followed to the letter without considering ground events.

btw aerial projectiles have been built to compensate for those factors you mentioned. e.g plane to plane targeting
