Am the type of person that no matter what I eat I will never get fat but lately due to stress and other ish I hv been getting too thin for my liking...Can anyone help me with any name of food that Can really make me gain fat and body mass |

Alesandese:LadyMacbeth... First it is great that you chose to fight against stress and care for your most priceless possession which is your body.. According to what you said above.... first, you normally can't get fat.. according to you no matter how you eat. it is very hard for you to gain weight... these may be due to genes or even the stress itself, which may have just recently intensified.. Now you said you are going through stress, which is slimming you down.. Actually, you may be getting inadequate sleep, due to stress you may be eating less or eating wrongly and also your workload at this moment may seem to be increasing.. (in real sense it is you that is reducing)... Now all these things stress, lack of adequate sleep etc are just amplifiers of the real problem... I mean that they are not the real problem but they make the real problem become a more serious problem.. So we need to get rid of the amplifiers... then we go down to the real problem which is how to make you gain weight. I will need your attention and for you to walk me through your lifestyle before I can continue...
