I have noticed with great pain that the rate of joblessness and idleness in this section is even higher than the Job/Vacancy section.

Are you asking how? Simply sample the kind of threads and comments in these sections and you'd get my drift.

Kindly tag a anyone, and possibly their location from this section who you genuinely think needs help some how. No trolling please, just tag and leave the rest for us.

I think the OP got it wrong or he didn't explain his intention properly.

I think it should be state what you can do and also state what help you need.
