Next time, back your claims with evidence and don't generalize. The NHS in the UK recruited 3,936 doctors from Nigeria while 383 were recruited from Ghana. This comparison is however irrelevant because these doctors are more valuable in Africa and African governments should use their logic and develop the health care systems in their country. There should be no reasons why African doctors should be offering their skills in Europe when many people in Africa desperately need them.

For example, I pay my driver more than ghc700 that's like 69k official and 70k black market in Nigeria. If am in nigeria I can't pay driver more than 40k that's ghc400. And he will never ask or finish collecting his salary before the end of the month but in Accra here....My driver finish his salary before end of the month. So So what are you saying? Their economy is so bad that to fill my car I spend nothing less than ghc400.
