Well, when N1 was equal to $1, we were no 2 in cocoa production, no 1 in palm oil, columbite, top 5 in groundnut, cotton and tin, and we were not importing things like biscuits, batteries, and pens.

The only way to get it back to your status quo.is for oil to go above 1000per barrel. Which won't happen again.

This is funny but a fact. If only Nigeria was productive. If only we export more than we import. China was able to devalue her currency and make more money because they export more than they import. Hopefully Nigeria will one day get there.

This process injecting more dollars to strengthen naira, is artificial and would not be feasible to sustain a robust naira.

This process would aid more of corrupted practices by those who know how to get dollars from CBN.

You should first start by returning the money used to educate you to your parents. There's absolutely no way the exchange rate could have stayed at N200 to a dollar with the dramatic fall in oil price. Assemble a team of the best economists in the world and you'll still never have been able to maintain that exchange rate.

Sometimes you people should put partisan politics aside and analyze issues with logic. You're probably a graduate, shouldn't it be a thing of pride for you to think these things through?
