During OBJ tenure, billions were allocated to development projects and they disappeared. He even used government resources to make his own farm.

We've deceived ourselves too long with this detribalized toga which we've also always used to make very wrong choices during elections.
It was this same theory of detribalized Nigerian we used to rationalize our blunder of voting for OBJ in 1999 to the rejection of an obviously better Falae.
Is it not even better we have as president a tribalized (permit my usage) person who will however have focus and a clear manifesto and identifiable policy direction and a human heart than the detribalized OBJ who was a Lucifer. A detribalized man who murdered thousands in Odi and later in Zakibiam.
