It will not count because he is not talking about Gej. A Yoruba is not corrupt. Yoruba is another name for civil service and education as claimed. Hausas are nomads battling with thick bush and forest. Igbos are prisoners of war, traders and poorly educated.
Now who looted treasury? Who mismanaged the economy? The nomad? Who corrupted the governmental system that brought inflation and recession? The market boy?
You can also implicate Fayose if you have any evidence of corrupt practices against him.
