As a newbie to bitcoin I created blockchain and funded.

Engaged in bitcoin trading and other transactions and made 3BTC over $3000

My mistake was I didn't enhance security as I was told blockchain is secured.

Logging in my account in a vps cos network was disturbing seriously on my phone. I lost access,

The users I bought the vps from changed email and password of the account as I mistakenly saved login in browser and logged in my email in a new tab.

Please how can I get access back.

Blockchain says password is encrypted bla bla bla.

I wished I was using our naija luno my friends are using.

I can't access my 3BTC

PLEASE CAN THE WALLET PASSWORD BE DECRIPTED??

It is a serious case but anyway you can still go to forgot my password..... and if that doesnt help options are still open....
there are always a ways thats why customer care is existing.

They have no forgot password option.

I have contacted support they keep saying "password is encrypted to wallet, we have no access to reset password"

Your account is compromised. You can only resort to ur RECOVERY PHRASE to recover your account

creating an account with luno recently with $5 fund in it. i noticed you cant send fund without pin which is the best and most secured;

cos in blockchain, what if the hacker send out the fund before you restore the wallet??

but in my case am new and i didn't set any wallet and there was no warning in the account you cant reset password. i dont understand their support and why the exist when they cant take care of sensitive issues.

how can that be possible a script cant reset password, even if its manipulating it from the core database. am just disappointed with block chain funny reply and i will advice newbies to use coinbase or naija luno; its better than this blockchain.

but as my brother here adviced i will fight to get my money there is no way the cant see my password or fund from above and reset it for me. its like a funny policy to eat peoples money.

if its a honest network cases like this, the account should be restricted access and the case looked into.

now i have to keep disturbing them via email but if you have a better advice please help me out
