Please I need a good explanation on this topic

My friend fiancee just came last week and said she was carrying 4 months pregnant .
We asked how com ? and said she's not understand because her period didn't stop until this month

Is it possible to be seeing period while pregnant ?

Very possible.Some women do see their periods even while pregnant.The difference is that the flow may reduce.

I hope you your friend plans to marry her and it won't be a babymama thing.

Please thorpido can you give me a layman's explanation of bilateral hydrosalspinx? Is it treatable?

Spotting or outright menstrual flows?

For some it comes like spotting but there are others with almost normal flow.

It simply means blocked fallopian tubes(bilateral= both).It's usually caused by infection or injury and is a major cause of infertility.Fluids gather and block the tubes.
Surgery is usually the solution though success rate is not so good.
Flushing the tubes work in some early cases.
