Victor Moses Calf Injury
Resurfaces, Out Of Super Eagles
Friendly Against Senegal &
Burkina Faso

Super Eagles of Nigeria will be without the
services of Chelsea wing back Victor Moses in
their upcoming friendly games against Senegal
and Burkina Faso in London.
Moses only recently returned to training from a
calf strain injury picked up in the 1-0 FA Cup
win over Manchester United, but was played
from the start by coach Antonio Conte in their
2-1 comeback win over West Ham in the
Premier League.
The half fit Victor Moses was however replaced
in the 70th minute by Cesc Fabregas after
reportedly complaining of pains in his ankle
during the course of the game.
Moses will now be expected to spend at least
one week on the sidelines, which effectively
rules him out of the Super Eagles games on the
23rd and 27th of March.

Sir Icon4s I told you I saw this coming but u played down my fears saying that nothing had been heard from his camp. Chai make una call up Aluko for me biko. Play Aluko behind the striker(possibly KC), play Ndidi and Etebo behind Aluko while iwobi starts from left wing and Simon/Bazee from the right wing.
I thought it was a tactical sub.

If Nigeria is unable to get a team to the group stages of the Champions league again, what rationale do we have for the constant home based players call?
Exactly my thoughts.

When are Rangers playing?

That is not a problem. We are not in short supply of wingers.

Yes but that is being too optimistic..

How can a sudanese club be beating a Nigerian club like this?

This same club beat Rivers before the name change in a similar 3-0 situation.

I know na. Sebi he plays for MFM.

If the top teams in ur league are losing in that manner it tells alot abt the quality of the league.

My regret abt Steven Odey is he would have been a good Flying Eagles candidate if Amuneke and his boys had not blown the chance up.

I have nt tipped him for the Super Eagles yet.

U want to compare him with Osimhen? I never tipped him either.

This aluko you are all arguing about you forget he also played in the EPL he didn't set the league on fire was released by hull city because he is doing well in the championship a lesser quality league competition he is now better than success and Simon Moses. Very funny success that posted man of the match performances in Grenada and against Middlesbrough is now a waste okay o as for Moses Simon he plays for gent the team that beat Tottenham in the Europa cup the same Tottenham that flogged aluko's Fulham senseless in the FA Cup yet sone is better ok o

Solanke went to vitesse didn't cut it is now on the bench while his mates like rashford, loftus cheek, origi, iwobi etc are playing first team football let him continue sitting on the bench getting young promising player Awards from alaroye newspaper while other serious people achieve something with their careers

I was nt in PH when Rivers won d return leg 4-0. I for hear bigger boasting as-in eh.

komekn:
Noah is playing Bundesliga 2, Bundesliga 2 is in my opinion on par with English League 2 here possibly below.

And that is what we want to call top prospect by Rohr, Noah may look good in Bundesliga 2. I wonder how good he will look in league 1or the championship.

In that Bundesliga 2 with slow motion football he will look supersonic.

I absolutely think Rohr is an excellent coach and he will take Nigerian football forward. However, he is too biased towards his experiential competencies which are German / Dutch football. As a result he is looking in a small substandard pool for Nigerian talents.
The bolded is a ridiculous claim.

League 2huh are you kidding me?

RB Leipzig were second place in Bundesliga 2 last season but they are doing very well in the Bundesliga, giving Bayern a run for their money for much of the season.. No English Championship quality side can do that..

Just like Rohr might has a preference for the Germany league, i think you overrate the English league.

Stop it my man, nobody is saying creating a slot for any home based. If they merit it,they should be called ASAP.They are Nigerian and super eagle is not meant for only foreign based.

I believe PSG is worse than River United with this result,so what a fuss.

My point is cleared,it is better for Rohr to look inward than inviting player from obscure league of Bosnia,Cyprus or division 3.

I already agreed with u that no local good for Eaagles coz u watched d league and i don't have d opportunity of recent.

PSG lost to Barca, arguably the best team in the world.

Rivers United got pummeled by a team from Sudan.

Is the Nigerian league better than the league in Cyprus or Bosnia? Is it not the same obscure leagues where many top players in the Nigerian league end up?

We have talents in the league but let us be honest, if they stay in the league too long, they lose it. The best Nigerian players do not stay in the league.

That same team won 3-0 at home., they are not a bad team but Nigerian clubs in general have trouble traveling. I bet even a world class player won't be so world class when put through the conditions these men work in.
As for Odey, i have clearly said we should wait on inviting NPFL players for the good of the league but not because they are not good enough.
