This is so sad. I still can't understand how people choose death, when people with terminal illnesses do everything to increase the number of their days. This just serves as a warning for us to be more understanding and whatever to our seemingly set friends and family, only then can they consider telling us what is depressing them.
This man must be a husband, father, brother and son to some people.
RIP.

The man, who committed suicide by leaping off Third Mainland Bridge on Sunday evening has been identified as a medical doctor. According to sources, he was returning from church, but jumped into the lagoon on the bridge. Officers of Rapid Response Squad have arrived the scene and rescue effort is in progress.

He isnt selfish.

Depression is not something that has an instant cure.

It is also something that the sufferer lies about...lies that he or she does not have it.

You know...many depressed people hide their depression because they have to be strong for their families, their firends and their relatives. As a result, they do not seek help until the burden becomes too great for them , and then they crack.

The man was not selfish. May you never see depression in your life and your family;s life. Amen.
