This happened when I was like, 5 yo or thereabouts. Can't remember in full details. I woke up in the middle of the night, and from afar, I saw a very bright blue light shining from the direction of the stairs. Everywhere was in stark darkness. Normally I should be scared but, I got up and went to where the light was coming from. I opened the door and stood at the edge of the staircase. Behold, I saw a human figure standing at the bottom of the stairs with this bright blue aura emanating from it. I can't really make out the face now. The next thing I know, I start to descend the stairs towards it. This was the last thing I remember.
I don't remember going back to bed but I woke up from my bed in the morning. I never shared this experience with anyone lest they say I was just imagining things or worse, that it is the devil calling them, not me.
Mind you, this was real. It was not a dream. Two decades after and I still think about it hoping to fill in the missing pieces.

It was 3 am in d morning when i startled awake, i had slept off on my couch in d night, d TV set was still on, so i took d remote nd turned it off, i turned to go to my room, when i heard the TV set came back on again, i felt a gut spilling chill fell through me, i took d remote nd turn it off again, but it refused to off, so i decided to disconnnect it from d socket, i felt relieved after i took it off from d socket, then i saw a pair of eyes watching me from the wall, i loked hard again but i saw nothing there, so i thought i must b going crazy imagining things or i was still sleeping...

It was when I turned back again to go to my room, when i heard d TV set came back on again with a sinister eriee laughter, i stood rooted on d spot, my heart flew out of my skin, Then i heard d eriee voice again dat sounds like a whisper, ''THE SMILLING ONES ARE NOT HAPPY, THE SMILLING ONES ARE NOT HAPPY, THE SMILLING ONES ARE NOT HAPPY'' followed by d eriee sinister laughter that echoed thru d room.

Back in 2009, I used to make midnight calls on a daily basis. There was this day, I was on call with a friend around 1am, all of a sudden my friend asked who's lying beside me. She heard the person say 'Eniola you are disturbing me, must you make calls on a daily basis. I'm warning you'. I told her I was the only one but she insisted that someone is there. A spirit was lying beside me and even knows my name..
I was covered in sweats and so terrified.. That was the end of midnight call for me.

I had just finished watching the last ship on my system at 3am on Wednesday morning in minna, as I lay to sleep5 minutes later I heard the last sound from the movie again only this time it was in my room and I saw myself in the ship, woke up 7am on my bf bed in Abuja on Thursday morning. Rewind back to Wednesday, I had actually slept off in the bath and breeze had blown my unstable gate which normally makes that sound,how could I have forgotten, how I got to Abuja till today I had no idea
