As long as your address is correct you're good to go.

If the order hasn't been shipped by the seller yet you can message them and let them know.

There's no mtk 4x,Redmi note 4 is the mtk variant while note 4x is the Snapdragon

I don't know how small your pockets are (using skinny wears? ) but 5.5 doesn't protrude in most pocket, even those not compact at all. Talking about compact, 8 mm thickness isn't bad at all. Will take it over compact of 6mm and bad battery (be prepared to carry generator around)
