Immigration office in Enugu is located at Independent Layout, close to National Library and ESBS.

There are 4 different prices for Passport production in Enugu.

1. If you want to get your passport within 2 days, the price is N40,000.

2. If you want to get your passport in 2 weeks, the price is N30,000.

3. If you want to your passport in a month or 2 months, the price is N27,500.

4. You want to get your passport in 3 to 6 months time, the price is N25,000.

My younger paid N40,000 to get his passport on Monday, he applied on Monday and got it on Tuesday this week because he need it urgently.

No. If you'd be going by bus, just inform the conductor that you'd be alighting at 'Library Bus-Stop'. It is the bus-stop after ESBS, if you are coming from New Haven, that is.

Once you alight at the bus stop, cross over to the other side of the road and walk on straight, or better still, ask people for directions to the Immigration Office. It is very easy to locate once you alight at the bus-stop.

Are our international passports imported from abroad?

Baba... This had been the case since December last year. They just gatgetrd gathered the courage to make it public, but there is something they are not telling us, some of my immigration friends said that the contractor is being owed by NIS and as such he decided to halt production. Let's hope he doesn't sue NIS.

As far as am concerned, this is an artificial scarcity being created by immigration services in order to justify increment of passport fees which will happen soon. How come passports were available when most Nigerians traveled a lot during the forex boom and NOT available now that we are having the opposite. Nigerians should soon expect from Immigration .... "Due to challenges occasioned by the scarcity of passport booklets, we are constrained to increase the prices in order to serve you better bla bla bla..

Common cardboard booklet is what the entire NIS has to hold HIGH LEVEL MEETINGS about. Some things in Nigeria are just not right and can't even be taken for granted. What is so hard in printing a damn passport biko? And what is the "NEEDFUL" in that useless memo or press release that they released??

I regret being a Nigerian,for over two months now i have been waiting to collect my fresh processed international e-passport , it is shameful,a passport that could be issued under 24 hours now becomes like forever. You need to see a first degree level of corruption in the immigration headquarters in Abuja (glass house),this country is doomed.I wish we could protest this peeps.
