You don't agree with the truth, doesn't make it false. The main take away from the meeting for your Navy chief is budget.

The Nigerian navy chief, had maritime security in Africa, not just Nigeria as his focal point. This is the main area of discussion. Even the US navy is complaining about budgetary issues.

You can disagree all you want, but one person was prepared for a meeting, the other was not.
