Primary duty of every administrator is ability to pay salaries as at when due.
Ikpeazu is owning civil servants several months of unpaid salaries.
Ikpeazu is not even good much more to be mentioned among the best.

Show me any significant project he has done or currently doing in Aba to suggest he has turned things around for good.
Any governor that can't even afford to pay workers salaries is a complete failure.
How many industries has been built in Aba under Ikpeazu's watch?

Lol. Kaduna is unstable, the governor is paying Fulani criminals to stop (or maybe continue) their attacks and yet you name him one of the best?

What has Ganduje done in Kano state that you think he is one of the best? Has he reduced the humongous poverty rate that persists there? What about the illiteracy rate? As for Niger...

Travel around the country and then return to Kano/Kaduna/Niger you will see that you have been forced to accept sub-par government.

Forget sentiments. It is only ONE governor that is performing presently and the rest 35 governors joined together are not his mate.
He can do whatever,however because the State has more than enough.
The State should actually be a semi-autonomous State that doesn't depend on Federal govt, but pay tax to the federation account.

The State is Lagos and the Governor is Ambode.

Pls Note-HE IS NOT THEIR MATE

El Rufai is not a good politician. He is always in the news for negative reasons. However if you live in Kaduna or have people in Kaduna, you will find that the level of projects and innovations he has brought to the state is unprecendented, leaving even us residents wondering where he is finding the finance to handle such.
He definitely deserves to be in this list!
