The man leased it. He has been looking for a property to let in lekki for sometime now. He came to look at one we had to let in Lekki 1 some months back. What put him off was the size of the living room.

To me, that house was rented which won't exceed N3m per year but these shameless celebs will be dishing out lies as if we Nigerians are dumb.

Bros, a N400 million naira apartment in lekki can never be like this. How much is a plot of land - patapata N20 million per plot. To construct that bungalow coupled with thorough finishing no go pass N20millions. Make we round am up, N50-N60 million.
