I know plenty of kitchens and canteens that are sanitary in Nigeria. Keeping a neat environment is not about making somewhere look like someplace else, it is about health and hygiene.

And yes, people do indeed fall ill as a result of unsanitary food preparation and storage. But you keep deceiving yourself, I'm sure you think that when many of these people die young it is because of 'witches' and 'wizards' and other such nonsense and not because of germs and disease that thrive in environments such as the one depicted.

the enviroment is like that,not the food...solong you cook it,their is no danger..we nigerians dont like cold food like salad anyways...

Just because something has been like that in the past does not mean that you must continue doing something that is wrong. We know that is an unsanitary environment. We know that the likelihood of illness is increased in such a setting. So why not embrace the knowledge that we have and improve the way of doing things?

Also, you do not know what 'blacks' like, you are not qualified to speak for 'blacks'.

If what you were saying were true there would be no Cold Stone in Nigeria or any other ice cream parlor.
