Ok, a big thank you to everyone who me..
Gptech, gucciboss, youngpo413, jboixxx and every other moniker

So I went to slot today and I was referred to a xiaomi staff somewhere in Ikeja and found out that twas an hardware problem and not software iish....so I messaged dreami store to see if there was anything they could do about it, they didn't reply......the xiaomi guy made me understand that they havent started selling 4a in Nigeria yet, therefore they don't have the spare parts yet but they had spare parts for redmi 4 and some others........so he adviced that I look for someone who just ordered a 4a and let the person open a dispute on my behalf claiming its the phone he ordered so I can get either a new screen from them or part refund.....I dunno if you guys get that.

you can only use ali pocket on pc when you check out from the cart. checking out directly will never bring that option

Unfortunately, it doesn't work dat way, dey store the imei of each phone they send out, so u can't use yours for another, best u can do is to check up stores that sell d parts and get one, wud check and revert
