From my perspective, I prefer mobile forwards than heavy strikers. I prefer the likes of Suarez and Torres over Drogba and Martinez. It is more of a preference thing. I will prefer Iheanacho over Anichebe. That is why I think Rohr wants to get Osimhen ready. Despite his power, the young man is mobile.

I prefer forwards like Firmino, Mbappe and Gabriel Jesus who can also play on the wings with pace than those restricted to the nine role. Under Keshi, Anichebe would pass because he liked his forwards big. Like Aaron Samuel, Emenike, Ideye and Shola Ameobi. They were others like Osaguona and Bright Dike.

I like my strikers to be complete in every department to have presence. Fast, Strong, Skillful and Tall. The first of the first for me would be Thierry H (Classic Poetry in motion), Drogba (DD), Ronaldo (Portuguese and Brazilian) In the Europe Costa, Lukaku, Cisse, Benzema, Mbappe, Demba Ba, etc

And Yes yes YEKINI.

SOME of these guys are tall strong but still very tricky and mobile.

Most of my views of Aluko are from his games with the Super Eagles. When he played for us, the difference of how we played was too much. Sad Oliseh missed out on that continuity. I watched some of his games with Hull too but he played on the wings some times.

I have not watched his games with Fulham. Only goal highlights but my judgment of Aluko's playing style comes from his few Super Eagles appearances.

As long as you made the suggestion of cutting out kids like Yahaya and Ramon Azzez, it means you know that we have bright football geniuses who find it difficult to get educated. This has more to do with the state of education in the country.

We also have lots of kids running to hundreds of thousands on the street begging instead of schooling. If they are gifted with the ball and can make their lives better, let them play.
