That you wrote final exam doesn't mean you would graduate, if he was exempted he had no business in any NYSC Camp as he would not have a posting letter (probably why he was not in NYSC uniform in the picture), A.B.U doesn't accept third class for its masters programme (How did he do it) ...The important evidence you need as proof of graduation is a statement of result which must align with any transcript you present and or your Certificate, somebody knows something somewhere and i am sure they are holding on to more, 5 Billion lawsuit in a court system that cleared Ibori ? ...i don't know much just stating some facts
