Bad idea, don't take a total stranger to your house and a lady for that matter if you are male, thank me later.

Take her to somewhere official or governmental like police station, motherless baby home, homeless shelter, etc...even if you have to spend some money for room and board.

If you are of the same gender and feel compelled to take the person home, first stop at the nearest police station to drop a statement and what your plans are.
