All the billions these mumu governments officials and governors and ministers had been stolen and are still stealing as we speaks, they are not using the billions to create jobs for their mumu supporters.

I think Nigerians are the real problems of their lack of developments and social programs even good policy they have no idea of making for the benefits of masses.
