Recently, 3 Nysc members died a strange death
while in orientation camp so to curb this menace,
the NYSC management has decided to look into
the health of each serving Youth corp member. The
management of NYSC has directed that ONLY
medical reports gotten from Government owned or
Military Hospitals are accepted.

To Get Your NYSC medical report done very fast
kindly follow this 5 steps;

Visit any Government owned or Military hospital
close to your resident

2. Book for a file at the hospital, to be attended by
a qualified Doctor. (Note: On the form, make sure
you use your first name, Middle name
(if necessary), and your Last Name to
complete the form).

3. Proceed to submit your specimen to the Lab for
tests

4. Approach a Doctor for further tests and
diagnosis

5. Collect your text result for submission at Camp.
