A lot of Nigerian workers are good in hiding the real salaries they earn. I repeat, no GL 08 worker in any federal parastal/corporation in Nigeria earns less than N80,000 monthly. Anything less than that is a product of internal fraud.

Can you state specifically the name of the MDA you work in that pays GL 08 staff less than N50,000? It is not just enough to say "one of the MDAs" without specifying.

Sorry i am not here to argue, just trying to help. I was once in your shoes. Even when i got my appointment letter my expectation was high, because i knew some of my friends in some MDAs that were receiving above 100k at entring point. Let me educate you a little, it is true that some MDAs pay well. It is the salary scale that is approved and used by the MDAs that determines how much its emplyees get. We have salary scale like CONPASS, CONRRAIS, CONTISS, SS, CONUIS and so on. But the one i am talking about now is CONPSS. This is the one My agency and NRC uses. All MDAs on CONPSS pays the same salary at entry level which i stated in my previous post. Just pray to get the job first, As soon as minimum wage is increased salaries will improve.

Internal fraud? How do u mean? Do u knw anyone working with them? The man that told us the story even said that almost everyone employed in 2013 left the job eventually due to poor welfare package.

I also did my own research in NRC Ibadan during the interview, most of d staff are not graduate(bsc/HND) according t them d last recruitment d graduate are not even given employment because of their qualification.. this is d first time they will b recruiting graduate in mass.

I gave him an assignment in my last post bt he ran away because he has no ans to it.
I told him that workers (cleaners, drivers) with WAEC in NNPC package is bigger than fresh graduate own in some ministries.

Some govt parastatals dont pay well, the only good thing about jobs like NRC is that it gives you job security and enough time to run your own business and pursue your dreams. Dont start having the idea on depending on govts' salary it never consistent(they can stay for 7months without paying and you can not take them to court ).

Sir, not all federal Jobs affords you the benefit of a salary scale of 80k n above as a stater, in some federal ministries, Bsc holders earn below 65k.

It could be that the 200,000 refers to the number of people that could benefit from the construction and rehabilitation of railways nationwide. This may include cleaners, labourers, jobless community youths, traders, etc. Not necessarily all of them being directly on NRC's payroll.

Their was a farmer and his son, the farmer told his son that this year(then) when I do that big farm finish planting all the crops after the crops grown to maturity then we shall harvest it take to market to sell it all the money that will be realize from it, the farmer told his son that he will use it to buy dog that will be accompany them to farm, before the farmer could speak finish his son quickly pick the words from the farmer and said heheh! papa, yes if the farm produces comes out use the money realise to buy dog so I can be carrying it up and down immediately the father(farmer) hit the son with the stick on him telling his son that he want infect his dog with lice and some other ants that bite dog while the farmer was saying that, he never knows that the son is death due to the harsh hit of stick on the boy
