....2014 i registered for naval recruitment....i paid 1k plus cafe fee.....i travelled to NNS warri ,i spent more than 14k,each local govt were to produce 5persons and a state to produce 39 peoole..my local govt alone were up to fifteen thousand applicant, we paid 1k each....now multiply fifteen times 18 local govt.........i guess this should be the highest scam.....but nobody protested.....compare this to ghwx then hide ur face.
