So I decided to read more about the stuff;
The grave was discovered in January 2015 and the archeologists believed the location to be part of the cemetery of a medieval hospital that used to stand nearby that location.
The head of the team that excavated the bones was qouted saying that > “This was a mortality crisis, that much is clear,” "Those found in the other, smaller graves were jumbled together - a sign, perhaps, of the rush to bury the dead during a worsening epidemic."

I don't think so because if it bubonic plague, they will identify it easily because the epidemic was popular back then. More also bubonic plague happened before this period.

But what do we know, only explorer who can give us the answer later on.

Archaeologists have made a strange and rather gruesome discovery under a supermarket in central Paris: an ancient mass grave containing the skeletal remains of more than 200 people.

The grave came to light after the Monoprix supermarket company called on the French National Institute for Preventive Archaeological Research to inspect the ground underneath its Boulevard Sebastopol store before moving forward with an expansion of its basement.

The bodies, which were found neatly stacked five deep in eight underground chambers, are thought to be victims of an epidemic that struck France at least five centuries ago.

Archaeologists from the National Institute for Preventive Archaeological Research (INRAP) were called in to take a look and have spent days tirelessly uncovering the bones.
