I recently opened a US Paypal account. After a few days, they requested to confirm my USA phone number, govt issued ID and address. I am in Nigeria and don't have such items. Please help! what can I do?

but I've submitted fake information before now. What they are asking now is to upload evidence of my fake address and provide a govt issued ID.

Unless you want to receive payment I see no reason opening a USA PayPal when you are in Nigeria.
You can open Nigeria PayPal as well.

Submit your Nigerian ID, it is accepted. They will think that you are a Nigerian living in the USA for a while or you travelled there for business. A lot of Nigerians living in the USA still have their Nigerian government issued cards which they use abroad from time to time. Are you also aware, that Nigerian Drivers License is accepted in about 2 American states? Anyway, I can help you with only the Phone verification for a fee.
