Please how did you/SiL manage to resolve this situation?

Callola, please your input will be appeciated. And any other mama/papa who can.

What did you end up using?

Smallest size available, what size diapers were used and how long did baby/babies stay in them for or how long before the average diapers started to fit them well.

Diaper costs / how long a pack lasted/ number of changes a day.

Any challenges and frustrations? What you wish you could have that would have made the whole process easier.

Hello, proudly #TeamJuly#. My EDD is 23rd July,2017 and i am #TeamPink.
My 24th week scan says i may be having a girl but that I should do another scan by 30weeks to confirm.
You remember i wrote about my waiste/ left leg ache? Well, my mum just confirmed to me that she used to have that pain whenever she was pregnant with a girl. So that confirmed to me that I am team pink. I have a boy already,so i am happy about having a girl now.

My Edd is July 5th according to first scan though last scan has moved it to June 27th. It's a boy ,glory be to God . I have 2 girls before .
We are 28 weeks old now and the bump is really big that people think I am dropping soon

To the glory of God my prince charming came to this beautiful world yesterday(sunday) weighing 3.8kg to grace us. Hmmm I couldn't stand labour pain ooo opted for cs straight at just 2cm after virginal examination, doctor begged me to wait a little so he can help me do sweep membrane I no hear. Didn't know labour pain is this painful, abeg cs all d way for me( I have very low threshold for pain). I wish all remaining mamas easy and stressfree delivery/according to your heart desires. Still coming with my full birth story. Make I rest small.

cologne/fragrances for babies are actually available by different known brands bt it doesn't seem necessary, like mama liftedhands pointed out since babies av their natural beautiful scent.moreover, one can't tell if there are downsides to using such seemingly unnatural products on babies. I also think dt d smell of deodorant will too harsh on a baby's lungs&d substance on their skin; it is used to control sweat or d smell of it which babies don't av.

Mild cramps is normal cuz your organs are shifting to accommodate the baby, but if it gets painful or unbearable, go to the hospital.

Yeah pregnacare is very safe, but I think they might give you that when you start antenatal. For now you can start taking folic acid

I have been using pregnancare with omega 3 since October when I took in . It's very good . Though this dollar is affecting the price every month

Diapers: molfix size 2. Wipes: I use pampers. Huggies is a bit hard and gave my baby a sore bottom. Bath products: I use chicco but cussons is good. Body cream: ori mixed with coconut oil. Coconut oil for his hair. Perfume and fragrance no need biko. The only thing is I use comfort in the water to wash his clothes so they always smell very nice.

Mamas, please help me decide what cream to use? I am a bit fair in complexion. Prepregnancy I was using the pink fair and white skin perfector 500ml lotion. I have since stopped it, cos I don't know what the active ingredient is and if it has anything harmful to my Lo. I have been using Vaseline blue seal jelly. I noticed I have started getting a little darker, don't know if it's the Vaseline or pregnancy that is causing it. For diapers molfix is good. There are several good brands but I use molfix. Size 2 is OK for a newborn.
For wipes huggies, pampers, angel baby are good
Bath products I use Nycil but recently switched to cussons cos Nycil is scarce in my area.
For body cream and hair cream I use Shea butter

Perfumes and fragrances for a baby? Never heard of that

We just de freelance de go. Anyday he accepts the formula, I give but the days he doesn't, na breast. And those days by n!pples de hear am.

There's this other one called aloe tender. It goes for 600 Naira and in some places 650. It c9ntains 100 wipes. I use that too and I actually prefer it to angel baby though I equally use angel baby when others are scarce. My son has not reacted to it in anyway.

For me the pack of 100 wipes usually lasts a whole week. So I buy like 5 and I'm good to go for the month. Then I buy pampers wipes for the diaper bag. That one contains 65 or so. it's much smaller

Hi Cappo, hope you are holding up well? Me i'm still catwalking well oo except when fatigue knack me after a long day. I feel like i'm getting darker sef but my colleagues say i'm not. Even my make up this days have changed lol as i'm trying to remain beautiful because i feel like this baby is taking my fine face grin

. But u know, we cant complain and i count it all joy.
My fellow teamies, how una dey? the Lord is forever our strength and he will see us through till the end.
Team April has been dropping steady since the month began, we thank God for sharp sharp deliveries and may God see the rest of you through.

Not good for everybody. A lady brought her own pregnancare with omega 3 to the doctor in my last antenatal. Doctor told her not to use it because of her history especially because of the oils and some other active ingredient in the medicine. My doctor told her to continue with the routine drugs (folic acid and others) so I think she can make inquiry from her doctor on which one is good for her.

Me sef I don tire, that how DH asked last week what the doctor said when i went for ante-natal. I told him Dr said nothing. His expectations are so high, like wanting to hear ''Dr said i will give birth on ...." Dr said i will be admitted tomorrow'' I had to explain to him that until i see signs of labour, i cant be admitted.
