I can tell you two things.

1.
Niger Delta Ministry Exist Today Because, Tompolo and other genuine freedom fighters had the interest of the people at heart.

2. Niger Delta Development Commission, also exist today because his likes fought for it. I will tell you. I have seen many of its projects and I must say, I am impressed. Even you one way or the other benefits from this two things I just listed.

Now if you are learned like you claim. Don't you think you should be busy doing some research about them, n how they are all started?
