I purchased a dstv product online, where I made online advance payment and at checkout I was told it'll be shipped by Reliance Courier Service within 2-3 working days. It is 5 working days already and yet to hear anything regarding my order. I have searched everywhere searchable, yet with no phone number I can call.

DSTV is not helping matters either, as they're not responding to emails, and their phone number is a worse option.

Please anyone who has received delivery from Reliance Courier Service Should kindly assist in forwarding it.

Did you pay For it online while making the order? If NO go to the nearest dealer and buy one, if its eventually delivered tell them to take it back but if you have paid For it you have to wait and try to locate them

Just prepare yourself ready for the stress ahead. Since on monday I installed my dstv and have been calling them for activation and all to no avail. Call this number the guy will give you all the details you need to know. 07036399242.

I'm currently in a similar situation. I paid for a decoder online on the 5th of September. I'm yet to receive it. I've called,emailed,twittered,facebooked,without any headway. I've searched for the contact of this reliance courier without success. I even tried the number shared by the poster before me but it didn't go through.
