So sad. This will negatively affect their sales, I think they could come up wit idea of no-entering-gate policy, that the delivery person should not go beyond the gate of the customer in question... Achan made the whole Israel to suffer from little Ai... one bad Apple can cause a lot damage to the fruits |

They can't cancel it. POD is a strategy that has boasted thier sales and if they cancel it, it is to their own disadvantage. Many people will now prefer going with cash to the market instead of ordering online. Afterall it is still the same agent that would still deliver the already paid goods so what is the difference? I think, the best thing they can do is to tell people to go to their centers and collect thier goods or tell thier agents to stop entering people's homes or hidden places when delivering goods. |

Good news! I am 100℅ for Payment before delivery. Buyers have abused POD privilege. Both Konga and sellers are loser since POD was introduced. Imagine you received 20 orders and only 5 buyers pays for their orders while others decline their orders when they call them for delivery. Konga bears the logistics cost for to and fro. |

Pay on delivery is bad for Ecommerce and hamper the growth of Ecommerce startups how will u explain this a customer place an order and because he's not paying for shipment and he's not paying before his goods are delivered he cancel the order at will, pls tell me who bears all the cost such actions have incur? If we want Ecommerce to grow and our payment system to also grow pay on delivery must stop. |
