2)The "provoked"


THE UNPROVOKED-- This type of rape involves a "predator" and a "prey", this is when a guy or a lady who have no close relationship 'forcefully' has carnal knowledge of another guy or lady or vice versa. In this type of rape i reckon the 'predator' deserves the 'utmost' punishment.


THE PROVOKED---- This type of rape involves two "preys", (yes you read 'correctly' TWO PREYS) this is when a guy or a lady that have close relationship with each other forcefully has carnal knowledge of the other party, this case usually involves a certain level of intimacy and one party leading the other on, 'knowingly' or 'unknowingly'. I used the term 'two preys' because they are both 'victims', the fact is 'self control' levels differ in human beings and if one party decides to push the level of self control of the other, they should be held accountable for this action. My people have a saying "what you dont intend to eat, you dont put it in your mouth', i will use the ladies as example, a guy you have no intention of sleeping with, you cannot go sleepover in his house wearing next to nothing, get raped and start feeling like you are the 'only victim' in such a situation, i personally feel in a case like this, if the guy gets a '20 years' jail time, the lady should also serve at least '2 years' for "inciting" rape.........

It is a very controversial topic, one that people are afraid to ask because of stigma but everyone wants to know the answer. There is always two sides to every story. We want to know the side of the rapist this time, not the raped. Guys and ladies if you know someone who knows someone that has raped someone pls enlighten us why did they go through it, what was on their mind the whole time and how do they feel after the act.
