One doesn't realize how poor Nigerian English is until you have cause to communicate with foreigners especially English people.

Perhaps I have been quite unfortunate cos the English ones have met have poor communication skills and terrible writing skills. And surprisingly, it is Nigerians nay Africans that have better communication skills.
Perhaps it's cos we cherish their mannerisms better than ours?

Some words don't occur in the dictionary but they'd occur around English and are correct, the study of morphology allow you create a word out of another words using some specified rule ..

Lol. Why kick against knowledge and fight a battle that's already over. English has overcome traditional languages as the official language in the country. If you feel so strongly about it, I challenge you to stop communicating in English, and to speak only African languages wherever you go. That includes posts on nairaland and your job applications.
