All I see here are hate comments. Only a few voices of reason.

Some of you people are too bitter for human beings!

The nation called Nigeria is already in disarray.

There are a group of Fulani parasites that have used all sorts of bogus census reports and years of military restructuring of Nigeria to help them steal Niger Delta OIL resources.

They will rather die than see a just, equitable and truly federal Nigeria.

What right has an Igbo man to call the Fulani man a parasite? Your people put the "p" in parasitism.

Breakup doesn't mean that everybody should start running back to their various countries, after all there are many Nigerians doing businesses in diff countries and still be successful. You guys should stop using this issue of going back this and that as an excuse of staying together in this contraption.

Those that want to go will go same with those that want to stay. Its optional.

Let Nigeria seperate. I do not support restructuring of the country because if we go back to regional government, tribalism will only increase.
We should not make the mistake our fathers made instead we should correct them. About sixty years ago, there were people who were smart to see how nigeria would look like but the majority chose to ignore them. You simply cannot put hundreds of indigenous tribes in a country because it simply cannot work. They will always fight for superiority.

The way folks talk about Nigeria breaking up is so funny, how many people are ready to apply for visa to cross the river Niger or process work permits to work in places and cities they once called home.

Truth is, Lagos will never remain the same if the Igbos leave. The Igbo will leave with their hustle and Lagos will become just another Ibadan.

Don't worry, Nigeria is on a journey.

my dear Yoruba muslims should wake up! That is why Fulanis are frantically using all Nigeria's resources to develop their place while people are shouting it will never break.

Fulanis always know the truth and sense when htey can't stop a train.

I've always thought that the threat of a break up should be used to bring able true federalism.

And honestly, Yorubas would be the best off of it were to break. We already have our news industry with channelstv, Saharareporters, and many more. We already dominate film and music, and we have 75% of Nigeria's foreign direct investment in Ogun. Not to talk of the free trade zone, eko Atlantic development, and many more going on in Lagos. We would lose the size of Nigeria but would be on our way to become become the Switzerland of Africa with the 3rd largest economy in Africa with arguably the smallest country size. So to my yoruba people, don't vex. If you like, break up, if you like don't break up. We will prosper regardless.

That's a lie . You forgot the sellers will always change but the consumer will remain the same (before the Igbo's ventured into electronic biz. Selling of electronic was dominated by the Ilorin people ) . Huge projects Lagos govt is embarking on will keep the population here, while some other tribes and smart individuals will replace the igbo's. Yoruba model of economy is more of a big retail outlet (presence of foreign brands), well coordinated markets and good service delivery to various homes , not this system you igbo's introduced . I just pity the division of this country but i really love to see it happen.

I am a Yoruba Muslim. I am happy that anytime you remember me, your blood pressure rises. It means it is very easy to eliminate you, once the President makes like 10 appointments including 9 Hausa/Fulani/Yoruba Muslims and 1 Plateau Christian, you will just fall down and die of hypertension.

Deceive yourself again,....the stage was left for diabolical yorubas and hausa fulanis, just man to man, for years, yet yorubas wasn't able to achieve anything, rather cowardly took a rat poison and died through suicide......

......is it now, that the stage is hosting igbo, yoruba, and hausa fulani, that yoruba will achieve something? ?? This is now 3 men royal ramble...

If yorubas didn't achieve anything when it was them and north, they can't achieve it now it involves more people
