Not friendly.

Tramadol is addictive and it will be hell withdrawing from it.

It took a lot of prayers, fasting and doctors warning to make me stop Tramadol and Codiene!!

But there is one I can't stop!! angry

I didn't take drugs. I suffered from withdrawal syndrom for almost 3 weeks.

I had Migraine and felt I was going to die!!

I turn prayer warrior and after a while.. it disappeared.

But one addiction again won't just let me have my peace!! sad angry

I have been exposed to a number of drugs, prescription and recreational and have withdrawn from every one of them, the most difficult to withdraw from would be crack, methamphetamine and heroine due to the super feelings your get from them. I was prescribed Tramadol at a local clinic after a cut on my skull.I decided to check what painkiller I was prescribed after about 2 weeks post recovery. Like every other drug I have been on and dropped, I used the same method and it always works. It is important to know that if you go back to the drug a few days into quitting, you make it even harder.

Prepare yourself
1) Journal- keeps a Journal of your progress, thought, feelings.
2) Read about withdrawal symptoms - You will feel like a mess, headaches, spasms, anger, irritation. Knowing what you will feel will help you to know that it is the drug at work and not your normal self. For every symptom you face, consider it a step forward. Read, Wikipedia, peer to peer reviewed journals, wiki how.. all join.

3) WATER,FOOD and FRESH AIR - take hot baths, its relaxing and helps with the jitters, drink water, alcoholic beverages will reinforce the craving of the drug since they all Serotonin Inhibitors. Food. eat, keep eating. Force feeding is allowed as you will face reduced appetite.Cheese cake, asun, bbq, pizza, vegetables, tomatoes.Eat anything that passes you. Get plenty of sunshine and morning and evening breeze.

4) Sleep and rest - keep sleeping, you cant do drugs when you are asleep bro. Reduce activities that will lead to exhaustion and burnout, you will start craving.
5) Massage - get plenty of this , preferably from a fine lady. It works wonders.
6) God - Ask for help. you will always get it if you are humble and willing.
7) Restart - for every time you fail to quit, start again. One should not be dependent on anything.
cool Family and professional help - There is nothing bad about telling family and a Rehabilitation professional about this. There is strength in Numbers.
9) Thc and CBD- If marijuana is legal in your country, talk to a doctor about it and see how it may help you. It is a Serotonin Inhibitor without the addictive effect.
10) You are not sick - It is important to remember and constantly remind yourself that you are not sick , it is just your nervous system messing with you, society tends to use the blanket word. Do not use painkillers for your headaches.Yea, they make things worse and get a video game or something to relax even if its ludo or chess if you don't have any.

11) stay strong - I mean exercise.
