Pls I need help and advice
I don't even know the right section to post this topic!

On 31St of March, 2017, I was trying to withdraw with my ATM from my bank Zenith! I had 25thousand naira in the account and wanted to withdraw 12k and the machine responded UNABLE TO DISPENSE CASH but I was debit, I received the alert, I went further to use the other ATM machine and this time around it was successful and I withdrew 13k instead!

since that day I waited for my refund and Nothing happened, I sent a message their mail Zenithdirect to which they responded and asked for some details still the money was not refunded! so I had to go to the bank myself on the 4th of April!

A dispense error form was given to me to fill and I was told that I will get my response within 48hours. I waited still Nothing happen, people around told me to Wait for 7working days yet no refund, I have been so occupied these days that I don't have chance to go back to the bank.

Pls advice me what Next to do, if you have experience Anything like this Pls share! I really need this money, if not for Anything, it's my money!

I have the same experience with zenith on Sunday. Till now my 20k was not refunded. I will visit the Bank tomorrow and update you.

Oga go and do werey for dem for d branch wey you opened d account. Same thing happened to me in January with my Fidelity bank account. I complained and fill out a form, I was told it would be refunded after 7days but waited for 2weeks and nothing happened. I went to their office in Ikeja one day like that and told their BM I won't leave here today until I get my money back. They begged me and said lot of stuffs but I didn't leave o. I stayed for up to 4hours at d BM office and before I leave that very day, I received an alert of 40k that was debited without dispensing that day o. Oga ! Werey loba de o.

I am surprised. Zenith usually does an auto reversal. You should go and pressure em a bit.
