well the man apologized for yesterday saying it was part of his job Ethic to reject cards not idcard.. and he told me I will he paying just "200naira" for clearing the package

You be the one to decide weda to pay or not, I guess u aren't given any receipt for the 200, so, ur money is going into private pocket. Pls, let's not always give these men, just doing their job, money. If we make it habit, not cool, u might have to give 200 always, somebody else might not have, therefore, making life harder for those who don't have bcoz they will make it seems official
