Thank God somebody is blunt enough to analyse this whole thing without feminizing it. I have always asked all these questions Carolyn is asking. Everybody dey snuggle, Tboss the nudist go snuggle with man for same bed, shey kemen na wood? And if man touch you and you no want, why she still remain for there? It is like dangling worm to a hungry fish seeking it's prey. You notice you bear your body, a guy is attracted and you go bunk with him, what do you expect? With this kind of mentality we have over here,we are not moving forward as a nation.No wonder we are were we are right now.Some people didn't watch the show,just cuz they saw highlights they felt they are in the right position to talk about what happened..Such a shame that women like Caroline Danjuma will support such an act on a fellow woman with her imperfections...To start with,no one owns the bed.There were up to 4 double beds and a good number of single beds.So obviously Tboss didn't occupy the bed as he has the option of going to another bed if he feels strong attraction for her. He felt something for her but has been told many times that she doesn't feel any thing for him..That a lady flashed her boobs doesnt give you the right to touch her indiscriminately cuz he wasn't the only male housemate there..Obviously he has high libido...The night after he won the arena game,he chose Tboss,TTT and Bally,he groped her and she later told him about it...She refused his advances to kiss him during truth or dare game,where he later confessed(after many denials) to the housemates of his intentions to have a thing or two with her but she told him point blank that she doesn't fancy such....This same Kemen sleeps with robe with nothing under( videos and pics of his erected dick on trying to get out of bed after gropping her)..This same kemen talked about spiking up Gifty's drinks to have his way and was later called by big brother and told to apologise to her...This same Kemen has gotten a strike from BB cuz of his conspiracy....Those advicing him to sue BB are helping him disgrace himself the more cuz there are video clips.....He has apologised and she has asked everyone to move on but people wouldn't let it be,everyone wants to get noticed.

Consent can be express or implied. It is express when there is a definite statement conveying the consent which is understood by everyone involved. For example, you ask someone for a pen to write with and the person says you can take it.

Consent is implied when a person acts in such a way as to give the impression that s/he has agreed to something which a reasonable person would understand to mean approval. For example, you make a writing gesture to someone and the person nods and smiles.

The problem with implied consent is that it can be quite ambiguous and subject to misinterpretation which is why there is a consideration as to whether a reasonable person would understand the actions to imply consent.

It really baffles me when people who did not even watch the show for one day make assertions just because they probably do not like the person in question.
No one has mentioned when Tboss was asked if she brought a bed to BB the day she did not want someone on her bed. No one has also mentioned the day she outrightly told Kemen that she does not see him in that kind of way. No attraction at all.
Finally, no one has asked, if Tboss were awake and they were both gisting and chatting together, would Kemen have tried to put his hands in her sheet?. Until then, will I know where Tboss faulted.
