Really I don't understand. In the northern part if Nigeria it is a norm to even be dating 9 year old girls. I remember in my NTSC days as a teacher one of my students in jss 3 who was 12 or 13 at that time got married and stopped coming to school. I remember asking her b4 then what she wanted to be in life she said she wants to be a teacher. My point is the man was not arrested she is too old to be in primary school. Are this not normal in the north why make a hill out of a mole here I don get it may be I should ask Yerima for clarity.
