How does one tackle a sin that reoccur every time? Even after prayer and consecration, when you still find your self in sins that you are aware of, what's the way out??

Make a strong resolve to never go back to that sin and avoid the things that lead to that sin no matter how hard it is, the best way is to replace the sin with something worthwhile and productive or just something that you find interesting and can occupy you.

Being in the company of people that wont tolerate that action will also help you build up your character and show that it is not impossible... You can also search 4 YouTube videos of people that have overcome what youre going through.

It will always be hard especially if that sin was something that you liked doing, but you will find that it would only make you stronger mentally to overcome your urges especially when it is a sin.

This has nothing to do with personal resolve. The ability to overcome sin is given from above. Paul said he saw his body doing the things he didn't want to do. The answer is Faith in Christ's finished work of salvation. You must first acknowledge that your personal human efforts can't save from sins and stop trying, then you put you entire trust in Christ's ability to save from sins, pray to him and ask him to come into your life as your lord and personal saviour, Believe he has done (this is very important because guilt and doubt as to whether or not you have been saved is what the devil uses to return people to bondage. The truth is that the moment you prayed to Jesus to come into your life, He did and saved you and made you his child. We know that because he promised that in his word). Finally just keep walking in your new faith in God and watch Him do his work of sanctification in you. It won't happen overnight but the more you walk with Jesus, the more you become Christ like(Christian). He will do away with all those sinful habits you are talking about and make a new, beautiful thing out of your life

If it's something you could do stay away from, distance yourself from it

If it's something that you do while you're alone, have people around

If it's something that is really formidable, well, stay optimistic

Avoid doing things that make you sin. Avoid being in places that will lead you to temptation. Begin to have a strong mindset about stopping those things, that was why Jesus said if you right eye makes you sin cut if off, whatsoever unproductive activities that can make you sin cut it off, if it's ur friend defriend him,if it's a viewing centre stop watching football there, there is no sin that cannot be stopped if you are determined.

No. I am afraid, I strongly disagree with you on this. Most times we are responsible for what or who we become. That's why God gave us the power of reasoning, He gave us conscience and will power. Pls stop saying this as evil people will continue doing evil and then using ur point as excuse. If yoy help yourself, God will help you

Try taking away your mind from 'sin' and focus more on if it's right or wrong.. ..

This is where Hindus, atheists are better than Christians. Because our Bible says when you sin and ask for forgiveness you will be forgiven. A Christian will know something is a sin and go ahead to do it because he believes he will be forgiven after praying. Buddhist, Hindu, atheists believe in the law of karma. When you do good, good will follow you so they try as much as possible to do good and not bad.

Everybody is advising the OP like he mentioned masturbation. grin

Well it likely is masturbation.

Flee from the internet bro. The first step to overcoming masturbation is to stop pornography and to stop that, you need to get off the internet for a looong time. I think that should help. And engage your mind actively.
