There is one person who is supposed to be occupying the position but due to political and ethnic reasons was denied the slot...Chief Dr Ogbonnaya Onu. His ANPP group in the merger has not bn duely and effectively represented...I think the only way for him to get it now is thro lobbying... let me suggest who his emissaries should meet... Mamman D and the DSS boss... H/ever, it is at the discretion of the president to appoint whomever he thinks competent and trustworthy to handle the job.
