RESPONSIBILITIES:
-To maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
-To maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program.
-To prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
-To maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys,scheduling and conducting job evaluations,preparing pay budgets.
-To maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
-To maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records.
-To complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
-To maintain human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
-To maintain human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
-To contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
-Qualified candidate should possess a minimum of OND degree
-Must have minimum of one year working experience
-Must have sound communication skill
-Must possess good social relationship skills
-Must have good organisation and administrative skill
-Must be sound team management skill
-Must possess the ability to achieve company target

MONTHLY INCOME:150,000
