The response the husband made on her instagram post about her being promiscuous, speaks volumes. I for one don't support beating a woman but until married people decide to sit down and behave like responsible people, we would keep having these issues. If you check out most of these cases of domestic violence, it's usually linked with one party cheating on the other, amongst other issues. A man doesn't have the sole right to play around but when you as his wife decide to do that, don't expect him to pat you at the back for a job well done. It's very easy for those of us reading to give advice but the reality of life is that, a large percentage of people who give advice, don't practice what they preach. Women advising women to be faithful but do opposite. Men advising men not to hit women but when it gets to their turn, they do worse. |

hungryboy:You guys should be more sensible .Have you forgotten the last time she was disgraced in a party ,for given quickie to a strange man ,before they tried to cover the story? The woman is promiscuous and this is not the first time she will be accused of such allegation. No sane man will wake up and starts punching or beating his loved ones.Forget the domestic violence nonsense. If you know you wants to play away match,no needs of getting married or if you are already married, you can divorce,as marriage is not by force. |

Jeez!!! What kind of misunderstanding will cause a man beat his wife in this hideous way? Look at the eyes and lips, they have all been bloodied ![]() I know some women can be so annoying at times, but the man should have walked away from the misunderstanding before he finally snapped. However, if the woman (especially one with a poisonous tongue) stubbornly held onto a retreating man, that could lead to this kind of beating. |

migeoart:Well the sad news is that there are extremely few and countable right thinking men so the conclusion is that he is mostly an un-right thinking man ( permit me to use that English) because NO MATTER WHAT, no man should hit a woman that. is HIS WIFE. Thank you. |

I don't believe these female nonsense till I hear from the man. That's how one lady I knew will be blocking the door when the husband wants to run away for peace sake, she will hold him by the jugujar and land him series of slaps but the moment the poor man can't take it anymore and retaliates, she will start screaming to high heaven for neighbours to hear, will start snapping her face and wounds to send to family and friends. Let nobody who has not heard the man's side condemn him. And sadly, most men won't go public with their side of the story, so it's the woman who will be in the gossip market selling her side like a best seller. |

dosht:ACTION ..and the subsequent REACTION, are EQUAL and OPPOSITE - Isaac Newton's First Law of Motion. If Joke Silva makes an "Action" deserving of a Slap, l am sure Olu Jacobs is kind enough with such "Reaction" So, because he is your HUSBAND, that entitles you to disrespect him, humiliate him, embarrass him and nag him all day long? What do you people even think marriage is about? You think it is a license to misbehave to someone stronger than you (physically) Just look at it from this angle:If a Man does half of what these wives do to their husband, to his MALE FRIEND, are you telling me a fight will not ensue? Have you not seen two women fighting, because one disrespect the other? ![]() Have you not seen male friends slugging it out with fist, for the same reason? Okay, l understand, just because of that title "Husband", ...man has turned to foot mat. ![]() All misbehaving brains need a "factory re-setting" slap....just once in a while. ![]() If you dont like it dont get married, its not by force. |

LoveJesus87:I always laugh when I read such comments like yours. It's always by inexperienced kids. Always wait till u hear the man's side. I once had a neighbour, a peace loving medical doctor. Whenever he had a misunderstanding with the wife, she will quickly run and change into a bum short and pounce on him. You will see the poor man running to get out of his own house. Sometimes, she will be hurling stones at his windscreen while he speeds off. But sometimes when the poor man cant take the attacks and abuse, he will beat her up to defend himself and the same lioness will be quick to snap her wounds and send out, forming the victim. I have a friend who is suffering all forms of abuse in the wife's hands, yet it's the wife that goes to family, friends, colleagues, church members and even the police to act like the victim and paint the man as evil. But once you know the truth, the wife will blacklist you and turn you to enemy. My friend, an almost 40 year old will call me and be crying. Most of these girls actually launch the attack and when the man retaliates, she start forming victim and inexperienced kids like you will start quoting principle. I know someone who was constantly having issues with the wife. One day in church, he gave his life to Christ and swore that he would work on his marriage and would never raise his hands on his wife again. The wife heard it and thereafter, at the slightest provocation, she will launch her beating on him. |

LoveJesus87:See the kin stewpidity that "Civilisation" is causing! To say "No matter what" ....means you are utterly senseless. Men and Women are EQUAL! That is the goal of equality. So, if you substitute the word Woman, with Man, anything that happens in-between is also acceptable, because they are EQUAL. Let me ask: Can your "Male friend" beat-Up your own Mother and you would do nothing (if you are a Man) Let us stretch it a little further: Can your "FeMale friend" beat-Up your own Mother and you would do nothing (if you are a Man) Now, lets swap it: Can your WIFE beat-Up your Mother and you would wince 'such is Life'? ![]() If your answer is "NO" in any of these three circumstances, then you are really senseless. ![]() |
