I would like to start a bike logistics business for pickup and drop off of parcels

I am looking for guidelines on how to go about it.

1. You need a very good bike.
2. Get the necessary licenses and stickers (this varies with the state you are in).
3. Try to partner with companies and not individuals. If you are partnering with individuals, charge a premium.
4. Avoid pay on delivery. It is a time killer and you'll see a lot of nonsense.
5. If you are not the one riding, monitor your employees properly and be strict when you need to be. They can destroy your business and reputation.
6. Always remember that time is money.
7. Under promise and over deliver.
