Anthony Joshua just posted a video of an old Ijebu man talking about him in his parents' village in Ogun state. I didn't know Ijebu folks were crazy about him like that and they had a massive viewing centre with white chairs and crowd. grin

Anyone who has the app that can record instagram live videos can record it and post it on YouTube.

guy forget dat one! I stay very close to his family house here in Sagamu Ogun state .his greatgrandfather joshua, married an irish who gave birth to his dad olaseni hence the name olaseni joshua.we love him here! even before the fight.

Joshua was born in Watford to a Nigerian mother and a British father of Nigerian and Irish descent.[5][6] His cousin is fellow unbeaten professional boxer Ben lleyemi. The pair made their professional debuts together in 2013.[7]

Joshua grew up for some of his early years in Nigeria and returned to the UK halfway through Year Seven to join Kings Langley Secondary School. Growing up on the Meriden Estate in Garston, Hertfordshire, Joshua was called 'Femi' by his friends and former teachers, due to his middle name 'Oluwafemi'. He excelled at football and athletics and broke the Year Nine 100m record with a time of 11.6 seconds.[8][9][10]
