It is very possible to resuscitate the dead. Especially those who died while asleep. Only accident victims are difficult to get some life back

If that happened to me I would be thinking perhaps my brother is not dead after all and would start checking for signs of life.

Instead his brother starts talking to him as if he is already a confirmed ghost. That is if you believe this story very likely not true but may help writer attract more readers.
