I laugh at your assertion, because it's not been revealed by the media that he owns a house in Festac, it's gossip? If not for the Ikoyi cash discovery would you have know that he has a property there? Besides don't you see correlation of his own side of the story that says he doesn't stay in the house (Ikoyi) and hers , saying it's been ages in lived in the house in Festac. What you fail to realise is that people around these public figures have eyes, they see and have access to the Internet/media.

smd...did you read the part she said its been donkey years he stayed there and the place is guarded by police men? to you verified information only comes from news/media right? Do you need the media to tell you your neighbor is Mr. A despite you seeing him daily or you need the media to tell you if he is still a tenant or not as well? I don't need to read what an anonymous member here wrote to know Peter Obi...and to see how biased you are...you believed the guy but refused to believe me even when you had NOTHING to substantiate his or disprove mine...why? ...Maybe you visit Anambra state by weekend and pay a visit to his compound... probably you will begin to understand and believe him... How often does he stay or come to Lagos? If you multiply the number of days he stays in Lagos by the cost of an executive suite $2435 (the most expensive from my search), it will give you the sum of N346,622,250 @ N390 for 365 days in a year which he obviously does not stay in Lagos for that period of time. Lets assume he is in Lagos for half a year, cost of an executive suite will be N172,836,300. I am sure you will agree with me its cheaper than N250m. |That is N78m gap assuming he stays half a year in Lagos which i strongly doubt. Considering he is prudent as you claim or made to believe i am sure he wont go for the most expensive suite.
I am not saying he is not a successful businessman who cant afford whatever he desires or does not have a sense of prudency. My assertion is that those claims are lies, directly from hell!

Can't you read that the apartment has been SOLD to the OCCUPIERS according to Adamu Muazu(landlord) for 250m per flat? Can't you read where his spokesman(Valentine) said he BOUGHT the place? Can't you read where he said HIS WIFE & CHILDREN stay there? So how can you believe he has a property in festac because a faceless member said so but won't believe him when he CHALLENGED authorities to seize any such property?
