When I speak about legal aspect of finance I am always emotional about it. We don't want to invest illegally even when we are sure of a gain. Making money from ponzi schemes for example is as bad as involving in oil bunkery, both are not legal entities and both can be initially rewarding but in the end more harm is always done than good. For example involving in oil bunkery can bring unprecedented wealth on the short term but a single explosion could render both the victim and his loved ones broken for the rest of their lives, Ponzi schemes are no different from the above example.

Yesterday I read a story of MMM's desire to unfreeze 2016 mavros as percentages of 2017 contribution, seem like MMM has the people at heart, but in truth it's a grossly illegal affair. The blunt prophecy is this; your 2017 mavros will eventually be frozen with 2016's, it's a trap. Getting financial education and playing smartly but legally is the only best bet to securing a healthy financial future.

I have a moral and civic obligation to inform my fellow humans of an impending doom without seeking financial reward. The fact that I saved a retiree from loosing his live investment or a school student from loosing a full session is enough reward. Thus far all my predictions have been spot on.
